How to enter Uzbekistan from Hong Kong

Extending your stay & registration

Migration registration. Every foreign visitor must be registered at their accommodation within 3 working days of arrival. Extensions. The visa-free 30-day allowance cannot be extended in-country. If you need to stay longer, leave and re-enter (a short trip through Kazakhstan or Tajikistan is a common workaround), or apply for a consular visa in advance.

If you overstay. Fines are typically a few hundred US dollars per week of overstay, plus a possible short-term entry ban. Airline staff at Tashkent airport usually check visa validity at check-in.
